My name is Sreenivasan, and my career in manufacturing, quality management, and continuous improvement spans more than 38 years across the automotive, aerospace, and industrial engineering sectors.
My journey began on the shop floor, where I learned the fundamentals of production processes, quality control, problem‑solving, and process improvement. Over the decades, I worked with global teams, implemented world‑class systems, and trained hundreds of professionals in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Core Tools.
